Sales Manager for Industrial Packaging in Germany

Your Role
Cultivate and manage customer relationships: Engage with clients, develop new business opportunities, and negotiate advantageous contracts. Formulate and implement sales strategies: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, target specific markets and clients within the designated area, and oversee strategy execution. Establish pricing structures and strategies. Oversee all administrative interactions between clients and the internal team; collaborate closely with Customer Service and Key Account Management. Work alongside colleagues from Marketing, Product Management, Application Engineering, and R&D to drive product innovation and enhance sales; manage local marketing initiatives, participate in trade exhibitions, client events, and internal sales gatherings. Keep precise and detailed records as required by the business.Your Qualifications
Relevant academic degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within a related sector (chemicals, packaging, plastics, and films). Strong understanding of Key Account Management and expertise in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies. Experience in B2B and B2C sales of technical products. Proficient in German and English, with a deep understanding of local customs and practices, capable of establishing trustworthy customer relationships through cultural awareness. Excellent negotiation skills, along with strong analytical and technical capabilities and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with customer management processes and tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.What We Offer
