Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our seller services team in Germany or Luxembourg. This role will support business development and compliance efforts, including finding new growth opportunities for Sellers, defining solutions to help sellers adopt existing growth programs, and supporting Sellers in complying with new regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Define and drive new growth opportunities for German Sellers.
  • Lead Seller engagement efforts to help DE and EU Sellers comply with regulations, coordinating efforts among tech, legal, tax, finance, business, and ops teams.
  • Lead a team of ~15 SMEs across EU to coordinate Seller engagement efforts for compliance.
  • Partner with product teams to build improvements in compliance roadmap based on voice of the seller.
  • Provide updates to leadership on growth programs and compliance progress.
Requirements
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience in complex problem-solving and working in a tight schedule environment.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with non-tech teams.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.
