Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketer to join our team at Softr. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling high-impact marketing strategies across various channels. Your primary goal will be to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, while also experimenting with different marketing channels to identify the most effective approaches for Softr's business and product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies for all marketing channels, including B2B and B2C.
  • Analyze customer data to inform marketing decisions and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the product team to integrate growth marketing initiatives into the product roadmap.
  • Work with the community team to develop and execute community-driven initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in growth marketing, with a focus on scalable and defensible marketing acquisition channels.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for no-code and automation, with a desire to understand our audience and develop effective marketing strategies to reach them.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
