Growth Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Marketer to drive user acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth for our tech company. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, leveraging their expertise in SEO, paid search, content creation, and website management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Growth Strategy: Design and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth, analyzing data to optimize campaigns and improve lead generation capabilities.
  • Manage Paid & Organic Channels: Build and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms and manage on-page & off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Content & Email Marketing: Develop content strategies (blogs, case studies, whitepapers) and manage targeted email campaigns, using automation to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Growth Experiments: Test and validate new user acquisition and conversion optimization tactics, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaboration & Brainstorming: Work closely with the founding team to jointly drive growth goals, leveraging diverse perspectives and expertise to drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: 3+ years in a growth marketing, digital marketing, or similar growth role, ideally within a tech or SaaS company.
  • Self-Sufficient & Resourceful: Ability to work autonomously, manage projects from start to finish, and effectively collaborate across teams.
  • Technical & Creative: A well-rounded marketer with experience in SEO, paid search, content creation, and website management, able to think creatively and strategically to drive growth.
  • Data-Driven: Great analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush.
  • Growth Mindset: Constantly experimenting with new ideas, testing growth tactics, and learning from outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Able to work collaboratively with leadership and external contractors, clearly articulating goals and outcomes.
  • Language: Fluent in both spoken and written German and English is a must (C1- level both languages).
