Are you a seasoned B2B SaaS marketer looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team at Smart Host GmbH as a Senior Growth Marketing Lead.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a go-getter with an entrepreneurial spirit. As a Senior Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage six-figure marketing budgets
  • Lead marketing operations: strategy, reporting, sales enablement
  • Think in bets and back it up with market research
  • Creativity for growth hacking and out-of-the-box marketing activities
  • Experience in strategic content production and distribution, including retention content
  • Manage systems: HubSpot, Dashboards, Analytics, Automations
  • Experience in building partnerships and referral networks
  • Confidence in presenting at webinars and events with our hotel and tech partners

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • Strong communication skills in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Experience in managing six-figure marketing budgets
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry
