Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Regional Performance Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing and supporting the strategy for all paid social channels, including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid social advertising campaigns to drive app acquisition and revenue growth
- Conduct in-depth analysis and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery and achievement of KPIs
- Collaborate with local marketing teams to implement effective local tactics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing paid social advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of app acquisition and full-funnel marketing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Up-to-date knowledge of regulations and best practices in digital marketing
