Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement acquisition roadmaps to drive consumer growth, including product-led growth initiatives, optimization, and testing.
  • Own and manage Search Engine Advertising (SEA) and Meta channels, creating high-impact ad strategies and analyzing performance data to maximize ROI.
  • Design and scale processes across the entire customer lifecycle, focusing on early retention strategies and improving the experience of our newly onboarded audience cohorts.
  • Forecast and set OKRs, design and evaluate A/B tests, and monitor key metrics to drive growth and improve performance.
  • Analyze website analytics, keyword rankings, traffic trends, and other SEO metrics to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a competitive growth environment (B2C + subscription model) in roles in Growth Marketing Analytics or any of the following domains: Business Analytics/Marketing Analytics/Product Analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and ability to leverage it for query creation and building dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to influence and gain consensus with senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German is a plus.
