OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

This position involves executing trades and addressing client inquiries regarding accounts, portfolios, and records. Our aim is to provide exceptional service to our clients and customers.

The client services and sales support teams at our firm exemplify a proactive approach, showcasing a unique ability for troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.

Private Wealth Management (PWM) focuses on establishing, nurturing, and managing relationships with affluent individuals, their families, family offices, and foundations. PWM aids clients in accumulating and safeguarding their financial assets by devising and executing long-term asset allocation strategies tailored to each client's specific risk appetite, while also granting access to innovative investment concepts and opportunities. PWM experts craft personalized investment plans and offer a comprehensive suite of wealth management products and services, including private banking and trust services.

A PWM Wealth Management Professional plays a crucial role in providing client service management support to our clientele and operational assistance to sales teams in the onboarding of new client accounts, trade execution, liquidity management, and the ongoing maintenance of existing client relationships. Key responsibilities may include:


• Utilize your operational expertise to contribute to a growing business

• Oversee the new account onboarding process, including direct communication with new clients

• Collaborate with various product groups within Investment Management to address client requirements

• Identify and coordinate wealth advisory services opportunities within the client base

• Manage the implementation and rebalancing of advisory business

• Oversee cash balances and private banking services related to client accounts

• Act as a primary liaison to other departments supporting the PWM Business

• Plan and manage the onboarding process for new accounts

• Provide potential new clients with an overview of client reporting and web capabilities

• Execute, process, and reconcile trading and other investment-related transactions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree 0-3 years of relevant work experience Proficient to advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and follow-through Strong capability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines Team-oriented with a positive demeanor and strong work ethic Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Fluent in German and English Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Quick adaptability to various industries and business contexts Capacity to self-direct, analyze, evaluate, and make independent judgments Proficient in building relationships with senior management and global stakeholders Commercially astute with the ability to handle highly confidential/sensitive information discreetly Uphold integrity, ethical standards, and sound judgment
