Client Relationship and Sales Specialist

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

The client services and sales support teams at our firm exemplify a proactive approach, showcasing a unique aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.
Private Wealth Management (PWM) focuses on establishing, nurturing, and overseeing relationships with affluent individuals, their families, family offices, and foundations. PWM aids clients in accumulating and safeguarding their financial assets by devising and executing long-term asset allocation strategies tailored to each client's specific risk profile, while also providing access to innovative investment concepts and opportunities. PWM experts create personalized investment plans and offer a comprehensive suite of wealth management products and services, including private banking and trust services.
A PWM Wealth Management Professional plays a crucial role in providing client service management support to our clientele and operational assistance to sales teams in the onboarding of new client accounts, trade execution, liquidity management, and the ongoing support of existing clients. Key responsibilities may include:
• Utilize your operational expertise to enhance a growing business
• Oversee the new account onboarding process, directly engaging with new clients
• Collaborate with various product groups within Investment Management to address client requirements
• Identify and coordinate wealth advisory services within the client portfolio
• Manage the implementation and rebalancing of advisory business
• Oversee cash balances and private banking services related to client accounts
• Act as a primary liaison to other departments supporting the PWM Business
• Organize and manage the new account onboarding process
• Provide insights into client reporting and web capabilities to prospective clients
• Execute, process, and reconcile trading and other investment-related transactions
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree 0-3 years of relevant work experience Proficient to advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Proficient in German and English Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Quick adaptability to various industries and business contexts Capacity to self-direct, analyze, evaluate, and make independent judgments Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders Commercially astute with the ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information discreetly Integrity, ethical standards, and sound judgmentABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS
