Sales Manager IBN South-East Germany and Austria

Job Summary:
Corning is a leading manufacturer of innovative materials and technologies. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Germany, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Enterprise Network market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to maximize sales and margin for Corning's Optical Communications products in the allocated region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, positioning and specifying Corning's solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, distribution channels, and installers to drive sales growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Corning's products remain competitive.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the same industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong technical knowledge of optical communications and enterprise network solutions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in German and English languages.
- Ability to work effectively from a home office base with minimal supervision.
