Business Unit Controller

At PAYBACK GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Unit Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for comprehensive controlling of our business area and serving as a point of contact for management on all economic matters.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate monthly closing processes and prepare monthly reports and analyses to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement controlling instruments to drive business growth and optimize results.
- Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with departments to achieve business objectives.
- Further develop our controlling instruments and implement them in European neighboring countries.
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in online sales or online marketing.
- Excellent social and communication skills to engage in discussions at eye level with management.
- Sound knowledge of current controlling instruments and practical project management skills.
- Master's degree in business administration, mathematics, or a comparable field.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Knowledge of ERP and reporting systems, ideally Cognos TM1 and Microsoft Navision.
