At PAYBACK GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Unit Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for comprehensive controlling of the business area and serving as a point of contact for management on all economic matters.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the monthly closing processes, prepare monthly reports and analyses, and derive recommendations for action from them.
  • Independently lead result optimization projects as well as cross-functional projects in collaboration with the departments.
  • Further develop our controlling instruments and implement them in European neighboring countries.

Your Profile:

  • You have several years of professional experience in the field of controlling and bring experience in online sales or online marketing.
  • Your high social and communication skills allow you to engage in discussions at eye level with our management.
  • You have sound knowledge of current controlling instruments and practical project management skills.
  • You have completed your master's degree in business administration, mathematics, or a comparable field exceptionally well.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
  • You have very good knowledge of ERP and reporting systems, ideally Cognos TM1 and Microsoft Navision.
