About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at YiDa Business Consulting & Translation Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Daimler business unit, handling incoming requests, and allocating tasks internally to the calculation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue for the Daimler business unit.
  • Manage customer relationships, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Collaborate with the technical development department to clarify technical details and resolve open topics with customers.
  • Prepare and discuss options with potential equipment suppliers, and introduce concepts and offer prerequisites to customers.
  • Conduct price negotiations, check contract documents, and transfer projects to the internal project team.
  • Manage engineering change requests, attend customer project reviews, and supervise the ordering system.
  • Track incoming payments, outstanding claims, and cash flows, and support the project team on critical issues.
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training or studies in a technical or commercial area, with a university degree in business administration and/or mechanical engineering preferred.
  • Good knowledge of auto exterior/metal, with a minimum of three years professional experience in sales at an automotive supplier.
  • Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, and fluency in German and English, with Spanish a plus.
  • Hands-on mentality, willingness to travel, and ability to work in teams and prioritize target-oriented.
