Key Account Manager for Daimler Business Unit

Our client is a leading global auto parts supplier from China, specializing in design, manufacturing, and sales of exterior auto parts. We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team and drive business growth in the Daimler business unit.
Key Responsibilities- Manage existing and new business relationships with Daimler, focusing on business development, customer management, and information management.
- Handle incoming requests, allocate tasks to the calculation team, and clarify technical details with the customer's Technical Development department.
- Prepare documentation for orders, handover to customers, and input data into customer systems (B2B).
- Introduce concepts and offer prerequisites to customers, conduct price negotiations, and check contract documents.
- Transfer projects to the internal project team and track progress after award.
- Set up customer cost breakdowns with the cost estimator.
- Manage engineering change requests with local and overseas teams.
- Attend customer project reviews and represent the sales team.
- Supervise the ordering system, create invoices, and track incoming payments or outstanding claims.
- Support the project team on critical issues and conduct escalation meetings if necessary.
- International projects with highly motivated and performance-oriented teams.
