Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Unit Head to lead our Commercial Products team in ASEAN. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive strategic plans to drive sustainable and profitable growth in product testing, inspection, and certification services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development activities to achieve commercial success
  • Ensure synergy between Business Lines and Service Lines
  • Responsible for budgeting, P&L, and sales for Commercial Products Business Unit in ASEAN
  • Conceptualize, develop, and execute business and Go-To-Market strategies
  • Align with Global Divisional, Regional, and Local Service Line teams
  • Identify and respond to business and market trends, opportunities, and customer needs
  • Define and optimize the Sales organizational setup
  • Collaborate with Service Line Heads and ASEAN GMs to identify local competency gaps
  • Establish and strengthen networks in the industry
  • Oversee talent development and succession planning
  • Ensure financial compliance and governance

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales management and/or consulting experience in global organizations
  • Team leadership experience
  • Technical knowledge of specific industries and products required for the Business Unit
  • Experience in working with Third Party Testing, Inspection, and Certification companies
  • Strong business acumen to address leadership challenges and assumptions
  • Skilled in navigating challenges and aligning stakeholders to drive business initiatives and meet customer needs
  • Expertise in business development, strategic planning, execution, and project management
  • Demonstrated business judgment and diplomacy to influence management and implement business initiatives effectively
