German Inside Sales Specialist

We are collaborating with a prominent client in the field of customer engagement and business performance solutions to find a talented Inside Sales Executive fluent in German (C1 and above) and English (B2) for a hybrid position based in Munich. This role is crucial for fostering and maintaining client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the designated territory.
  • Actively seek and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship cultivation.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce or a comparable CRM, ensuring meticulous documentation of all activities and interactions.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, emphasizing the benefits and unique features of our offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Evaluate sales data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Compile and present regular sales reports to the management team.
  • Engage in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to further develop skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize a value-based selling approach with clients and channel partners.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German (C1 and above) and English (B2), both written and verbal.
  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in technology sales.
  • Prior experience in account management for at least 5 years.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies for specific regions.
  • Capability to manage multiple sales cycles from initiation to closure, consistently meeting target objectives.
  • Strong phone presence with experience in proactive outreach.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently, requiring minimal oversight.
  • Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing abilities.
  • Expertise in employing a value-based selling methodology with clients and channel partners.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.
