About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Lead to oversee the day-to-day administration of our Marketo platform, ensuring it is configured optimally for our organization's needs.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining marketing automation best practices, including lead scoring, email nurturing, audience segmentation, and program builds across marketing channels.

Campaign Management

You will design, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns using Marketo to generate leads and drive engagement, ensuring campaigns sit within the Marketo < SFDC campaign hierarchy.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop automated workflows and processes to improve campaign efficiency.

Data Management

Manage data quality and cleanliness within Marketo, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Implement data segmentation and targeting strategies to enhance campaign personalization and effectiveness.

Build, monitor, and take overall responsibility for Lead Routing using LeanData, ensuring routing graphs follow the wider account assignment strategy.

Integration and Collaboration

Manage the relationship and budget for the supporting automation agency, ensuring the smooth delivery of work between them and the marketing team.

Collaborate with the RevOps and SalesOps teams to ensure seamless integration between Marketo and other systems, such as SFDC.

Maintain integrations with digital marketing platforms, Zapier, and various event programs and APIs.

Reporting and Analytics

Work with SalesOps and Business Intelligence to develop and maintain dashboards and reports to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.

Use data analytics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing operations with a focus on Marketo and SFDC.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation principles and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Aptitude for understanding workflow processes and systems.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Benefits

  • Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Unlimited Holidays (26 days minimum) + Bank/Federal Holidays.
  • First Friday of every month off.
  • Company closure between Christmas and the New Year.
