Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Performance Marketing Strategist to join our team at Neuraum Ventures GmbH. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving growth through performance marketing channels.
About the Role
- You will own and elevate our Paid Social strategy by exploring and testing new channels, with a focus on Meta campaigns.
- You will launch and optimize Display as a new marketing channel, driving performance in both prospecting and retargeting.
- You will prioritize and test potential new channels, building them for long-term integration upon success.
- You will plan, monitor, and optimize KPIs across the entire user funnel, ensuring a seamless customer journey from acquisition to conversion to handover.
- You will work closely with the leadership team, gaining full transparency into company strategy and leading high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue.
- Manage and optimize Paid Social campaigns, including campaign setup, ad creative development, and targeting.
- Launch and optimize Display campaigns, including ad placement, targeting, and budget allocation.
- Identify and prioritize new marketing channels, developing and executing strategies for successful integration.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximum impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong background in Paid Social and Display advertising.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in German (C2 level) required for working with the German market.
