Sales Growth Strategist for Hamburg Region

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Growth Strategist to spearhead our sales efforts in the Hamburg region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives growth and expansion in this dynamic market.

What We Offer
In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we provide a competitive remuneration package consisting of a base salary up to €52,000, accompanied by a bonus structure of up to €20,000. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including pension, remote work options in Germany, and access to strong secondary benefits.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, overseeing the growth strategy specifically for the Hamburg region.
- Take charge of the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Pursue field sales opportunities, visiting new and existing clients in Hamburg to foster relationships and drive business growth.
- Define and implement sales priorities and initiatives to outpace competitors.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English language skills, proven through past experiences.
- A minimum of [X] years of experience in sales or account management, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- A hunter mentality, combined with self-motivation and a results-driven approach, to achieve targets and drive growth.
- Located in one of the main cities in Germany: Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Essen (NRW generally), Frankfurt, and Munich.
Estimated Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
