Job DescriptionIn this exciting position, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for automation. You will analyze and map current processes to identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements through both automation and processual changes to enhance overall performance.
You will define technical requirements for the Automation Team and ensure clear communication. Additionally, you will maintain and optimize tracking systems (e.g., Google Sheets, Jira) to monitor team progress and results.
Cross-functional collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with various teams to unblock, unlock, and drive change. Your goal will be to push forward strategic projects and ensure that teams meet targets and stay on track for key initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills- More than 2 years of experience in management consulting;
- Strong analytical skills (SQL is a must) with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose both processual and automation-based solutions;
- Excellent translation skills, turning business needs into technical requirements, with strong communication, reliability, and team spirit;
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- A competitive salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications;
