With over 75 FTEs located across Germany, China, and India, the team is on track to achieve profitability and generate triple-digit million GMV.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will:
- Analyse market trends and implement Go-To-Market strategies to unlock profitable opportunities
- Prospect and assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients or partners through various channels
- Analyse operational processes, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain and organise operational documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance records
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues
- Collaborate closely with the founders, Growth, and Operations teams
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Strong proficiency in French and English
- A creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
