Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Partnership Development Manager to join our team at TechLabs Berlin.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing connections between our business partners and TechLabs Berlin. This involves identifying and attracting potential partners who share our vision of rethinking digital education in the area.
- Develop new leads and partnership opportunities with high-growth startups, consulting companies, regional technology firms, and local foundations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between TechLabs and partners, fostering strong relationships and driving collaboration.
- Represent TechLabs Partnerships Team at industry events and conferences to establish thought leadership and expand our network.
- Navigate local politics and initiatives to facilitate exchange within the ecosystem and promote TechLabs' mission.
- Craft compelling presentations for potential partners, highlighting the value proposition and strategic benefits of partnering with TechLabs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in English, with German language skills being an asset.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Able to work independently with a high level of autonomy, while also identifying risks and escalating concerns when necessary.
- A proactive approach, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative to drive results.
- A collaborative mindset, willing to learn from others, and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
- A passion for making a positive impact on digital education, with a growth mindset and a willingness to experiment and innovate.
- Previous experience working on challenging projects and ambitious visions, with a desire to continue growing and learning.
- Highly curious and eager to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Mailchimp, and Slack is a plus.
