Key Responsibilities:- Develop business in South-West Germany by engaging with researchers, lab managers, and procurement managers
- Coordinate suitable solutions to meet the needs of clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client concerns and needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide effective solutions and enhance processes
- Strengthen client relationships to establish long-term partnerships and develop contracts
- Explore up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts
- Define a strategy for acquiring assigned accounts with guidance from the Sales Manager
- Initiate contacts with relevant stakeholders in assigned accounts and drive the sales process
- Bachelor or Master's degree in biology/biomedical sciences/health sciences or any related degree
- Preferably RNA & Nucleic Acid, Cell & Gene Therapy, Immuno-Oncology and/or Bioproduction knowledge
- Fluency in English and German
- 2/3 years' sales experience is mandatory
- Soft skills: autonomy, results-orientation, customer focus, perseverance, ability to work with multiple and varied contacts, communication skills, proactivity
- Familiarity with CRM systems is essential
- Work in a people-centered organization of around 100 employees, offering opportunities to interact with European colleagues and global customers
