Enterprise Account Manager for AWS EMEA SARL

Are you a seasoned professional looking to drive business growth in the German market? We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (Germany Branch).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in technology-related account management and field sales roles, with a strong understanding of complex Enterprise Accounts.

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for business growth with defined Business Units in one of the largest German ENT customers. You will work closely with partners to extend reach and drive the adoption of AWS services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and executing customer outreach and developing key initiatives, both short and long term.
  • Articulating compelling value propositions around AWS services and the business value they bring to customers.
  • Accelerating customer adoption of strategic AWS services.
  • Ensuring highest customer satisfaction.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

  • Berlin, DEU
  • Frankfurt Am Main, DEU

Basic qualifications include:

  • Significant experience in technology-related account management/field sales roles with a great track record.
  • Direct field experience in working with complex Enterprise Accounts.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in English and German.
  • Willingness for regular travel activity.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Multiyear experience in selling/delivering cloud-based services to customers.
  • Good understanding of industry trends and use cases in the travel, hospitality, or transportation industry.
