Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager for South Korea, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in South Korea.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop technical solutions for customers in multiple high-tech industries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Manage and control internal and external projects to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop and submit regular reports to the executive team on sales performance, customer needs, and market trends.
Requirements
  • Completed university studies in engineering with a focus on process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or similar.
  • Strong market knowledge and sales and technical analytical skills.
  • Excellent command of Korean and English languages, with a good command of German an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and work in complex technical environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a responsible, cross-departmental working style.
  • High degree of initiative, team-oriented, open-minded, polite, and respectful.
  • Long-term career focus and willingness to travel within Korea and 1-2 trips to Germany per year.
