Position Overview
As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for the following:
- Crafting and implementing technical solutions alongside both existing and prospective clients across various high-tech sectors, collaborating closely with our internal technical teams.
- Fostering relationships with current clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities to achieve sales objectives.
- Providing comprehensive support for project initiation and ongoing client assistance.
- Managing and overseeing projects internally and externally to ensure successful execution.
- Generating and presenting detailed reports that outline new business prospects, sales activities, competitor insights, potential clients, and customer requirements.
- Successfully executing new initiatives with current clients and securing new contracts with prospective customers.
- Working in conjunction with the executive team on customer applications.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in engineering, specializing in process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or a related field, with outstanding academic performance and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- In-depth market knowledge complemented by strong sales and technical analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in both Korean and English is essential; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Proven track record of resolving intricate technical challenges within complex environments.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and a responsible, collaborative working approach.
- A high level of initiative, teamwork, open-mindedness, and respectfulness.
- A focus on long-term career development.
- Willingness to travel within South Korea and occasional trips to Germany.
