We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Thailand. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the designated sales territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and develop technical solutions that meet customer needs.
- Provide exceptional customer support and service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and control internal and external projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Develop and submit reports to senior management detailing sales performance, customer needs, and market trends.
Requirements
- Completed university studies in engineering with a focus on process engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in engineering and technical sales.
- Excellent English and Japanese language skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills and a responsible, cross-departmental working style.
- High degree of initiative, team-oriented, open-minded, polite, and respectful.
- Long-term career focus and high willingness to travel.
