About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Thailand. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the designated sales territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and develop technical solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and control internal and external projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Develop and submit reports to senior management detailing sales performance, customer needs, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Completed university studies in engineering with a focus on process engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in engineering and technical sales.
  • Excellent English and Japanese language skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a responsible, cross-departmental working style.
  • High degree of initiative, team-oriented, open-minded, polite, and respectful.
  • Long-term career focus and high willingness to travel.
