Sales Manager for the South Korean Region

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement tailored technical solutions in collaboration with clients across various high-tech sectors, working closely with both customers and our internal technical team. Manage existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities to achieve sales objectives. Oversee project initiation and provide continuous support to customers throughout the project lifecycle. Handle project management tasks, ensuring effective oversight and control of internal and external projects. Prepare and present comprehensive reports, both verbal and written, outlining new business prospects, sales activities, competitor insights, potential clients, and customer requirements. Successfully execute new projects with current clients and secure new contracts with prospective customers. Collaborate with the executive team to enhance customer applications.Qualifications:
A degree in engineering, focusing on process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or a related field, with excellent academic performance and 3-5 years of relevant professional experience. In-depth market knowledge combined with strong sales and technical analytical capabilities. Proficiency in Korean and English is essential; knowledge of German is a plus. Proven ability to tackle complex technical challenges in intricate environments. Exceptional organizational skills and a collaborative, responsible approach to cross-departmental work. A proactive mindset, team-oriented attitude, and a respectful demeanor. A focus on long-term career development. Willingness to travel within South Korea and make 1-2 trips to Germany annually.Employee Benefits:
