About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at DELO in South Korea. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for designing and developing technical solutions with existing and new customers in multiple high-tech industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal technical teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the high-tech industry, leveraging your technical expertise and market knowledge.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and project management services to ensure successful project delivery and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with our executive team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Develop and submit regular sales reports and analysis to inform business decisions and drive sales performance.

Requirements

  • Completed university studies in engineering with a focus on process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of engineering, with a strong track record of sales and technical success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong market knowledge and technical analytical skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Fluency in Korean and English, with a good command of German an added advantage.
