Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager for South Korea, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in South Korea.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and submit regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for future growth.
Requirements
  • University degree in engineering or a related field, with a strong focus on process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or similar.
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of engineering, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and executive teams.
  • Strong market knowledge and sales analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Fluency in Korean and English, with a good command of German an added advantage.
