Ticketing Fulfilment Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Ticketing Fulfilment Professional to join our team at Ticketmaster GmbH. As a key member of our Central Europe / Fulfillment division, you will be responsible for printing and sending tickets on time, ensuring an excellent fan experience.

The Team:

Our team is responsible for streamlining ticketing operations, embracing innovative solutions, and fostering a culture of excellence. We prioritize communication, efficiency, and responsiveness to meet the needs of our fans and create memorable events.

The Job:

Fulfilment is responsible for printing, preparing, and sending tickets to our customers. You will coordinate our team of packers to ensure attention to detail, resolve return issues, and maintain a level of organization to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book seats for specific events
  • Re-book seats in case of expired order/late payment
  • Prepare printing of tickets
  • Print Tickets and Collectibles on our mass printers
  • Prepare shipping labels for service providers
  • Ensure printing quality, avoiding customer complaints and the need for reprinting
  • Send equipment to customers
  • Control stock and request materials relevant to the sector
  • Import payments and link to orders
  • Request refunds in cases of double payment/processing error/seats running out
  • Ensure the customer has the best fan experience possible, from purchase to the day of the event
  • Contact the customer in case of an error in shipping processing
  • Correct and resend tickets in case of change of address

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with a basic understanding of logistics and deadlines, a commitment to teamwork, and a hands-on mentality. Basic computer knowledge, especially in Excel, is an advantage. Fluency in German is required, and English is a plus.
