The Role

Ticketmaster GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Ticketing Fulfilment Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of tickets to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the printing, preparation, and dispatch of tickets to customers
  • Resolve return issues, such as incorrect addresses or changes in customer details
  • Import payments and link them to relevant orders
  • Request refunds in cases of double payment or processing errors
  • Ensure that tickets are sent to the correct recipient
  • Coordinate with the packing team to ensure attention to detail
  • Manage stock levels and request materials as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive fan experience

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of logistics and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer knowledge, with proficiency in Excel
  • Fluent German language skills, with English as a plus
