Your Responsibilities:As a Customer Experience Manager, you will support various projects related to the Hapag-Lloyd 2030 strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading or supporting programs within the areas of customer service excellence to deliver on key drivers of strategy 2030.
- Driving digital product adoption across Hapag-Lloyd.
- Collaborating with commercial business units at HQ, regional offices, and IT teams to create a comprehensive work plan.
- Measuring, analyzing, and evaluating existing processes to identify root causes and propose improvement opportunities.
- Ensuring governance is established for tracking and reporting changes when scope or schedule for projects are impacted.
- Drafting information for management seeking guidance before global rollouts.
- Working closely with the communication department for internal and external communication.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a university degree in economics, business administration, or a similar field. Your profile should include:
- Experience with shipping, logistics, supply chain, or forwarding.
- Experience in project and program management.
- Experience working with databases such as Qlikview, Salesforce, and Salesforce Analytics.
- Organized and analytic work approach.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, with German being beneficial.
