Your Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will support various projects related to the Hapag-Lloyd 2030 strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading or supporting programs within the areas of customer service excellence to deliver on key drivers of strategy 2030.
  • Driving digital product adoption across Hapag-Lloyd.
  • Collaborating with commercial business units at HQ, regional offices, and IT teams to create a comprehensive work plan.
  • Measuring, analyzing, and evaluating existing processes to identify root causes and propose improvement opportunities.
  • Ensuring governance is established for tracking and reporting changes when scope or schedule for projects are impacted.
  • Drafting information for management seeking guidance before global rollouts.
  • Working closely with the communication department for internal and external communication.
Your Profile:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a university degree in economics, business administration, or a similar field. Your profile should include:

  • Experience with shipping, logistics, supply chain, or forwarding.
  • Experience in project and program management.
  • Experience working with databases such as Qlikview, Salesforce, and Salesforce Analytics.
  • Organized and analytic work approach.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, with German being beneficial.
