Robotics Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Stow Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and regional sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Solution Development and Presentation
- Work closely with sales engineering and product management to develop and present customized solutions to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales execution
- Customer Relationship Management
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Stow Group's products and services
- Reporting and Analysis
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in sales performance
- Proven experience as a sales manager in the intralogistics automation industry
- Strong knowledge of the German market and customer base
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Self-motivated, flexible, proactive, and committed to achieving sales targets
- Strong problem-solving skills, logical approach, and excellent organizational skills
