  • Sales Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and regional sales targets
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying leads
    • Present and demonstrate our robotics solutions to customers, highlighting their value and benefits
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and preferences
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, product management, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Market and Competitor Analysis
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and improve competitiveness
    • Provide market and competitor insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Accurately report on sales performance, pipeline, and customer engagement to management
    • Manage customer and partner relationships, ensuring timely and effective communication
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a sales manager in the German region, with a strong track record of sales success
  • 5-20 years of experience in an intralogistics automation environment, with a deep understanding of robotics solutions and their applications
  • Fluent knowledge of German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible, proactive, and committed, with strong problem-solving skills and logical approach
