We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Movu Robotics. As a Sales Manager for Robotics Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the German market.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and regional commercial targets
- Represent the full range of Movu Robotics solutions to customers and prospects
- Qualify and pursue sales opportunities from lead to order intake
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Market and Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Use this information to inform sales strategies and improve competitive design of quoted solutions
- Reporting and Administration
- Accurately report on opportunity pipeline and sales strategies to management
- Manage customer and partner relations, and represent Movu Robotics professionally
- Proven experience as a sales manager in the German region
- 5-20 years of experience in an intralogistics automation environment
- Fluent knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical approach, excellent organizational skills
