- Develop and convert selling opportunities into Order Intake, managing the offer creation process commercially and guiding prospect customers through the buying cycle.
- Represent the full Stow Robotics solution portfolio, including iFollow, E.scala, Atlas 2D, and its racking solutions, as well as Warehouse Execution Software.
- Achieve individual commercial targets for all Movu Robotics solutions, focusing on set KPIs for order intake volume, profitability, revenue timeline, product mix, and more.
- Support peers in the region and globally by sharing leads, relations, and experience.
- Guide selling opportunities from lead to order intake, including prospecting and visiting customers, presenting vendor capabilities, qualifying opportunities, and more.
- Proven experience as a sales manager in the German region.
- Ideal experience in an intralogistics automation environment, with 5-20 years of experience.
- Fluent knowledge of German and English (spoken and written).
- Self-motivated, flexible, proactive, and committed individual with strong problem-solving skills and logical approach.
