Job Summary

Prysmian Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities for high voltage land and submarine cable systems within the German market and neighboring countries.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve profitable business and exceed sales targets
  • Lead and participate in tender preparations, contract negotiations, and client relationship management
  • Provide technical support to customers and employees, and give technical guidance on sales presentations and materials
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify new revenue streams
  • Develop and manage regular reports on sales, market, and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Experience as a Sales Manager in industry-related projects, or a technical background with a clear commercial mindset
  • Strong business development attitude, with experience in developing and caring for existing and new customer accounts
  • Good communication and marketing skills, with the ability to speak publicly and interact with clients and contractors at all levels
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Problem-solving and target-oriented mentality, with the ability to quickly learn and take responsibility
