Job Overview

The Business Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and development of the Brandsplace marketplace. This role will involve managing a team of Key Account Managers, establishing a culture of productivity and proactivity, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of Key Account Managers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Establish and facilitate a culture of productivity, proactivity, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including e-Merchandising, Flash Teams, Onboarding, Operations, Marketing, and Planning, to deliver sales objectives.
  • Develop and communicate a vision for the short, medium, and long term, both internally and externally, to drive business growth and development.
  • Adapt business actions to challenges and changes in the market.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years' experience in sales, with 5-6 years as a team manager.
  • Fashion and Lifestyle sector knowledge.
  • Excellent understanding of multi-business and multi-service issues and how to use them to achieve objectives.
  • Business Development & prospection skills.
  • Market expertise and business knowledge.
  • Fluent in German and English.
