Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of Key Account Managers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Establish and facilitate a culture of productivity, proactivity, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including e-Merchandising, Flash Teams, Onboarding, Operations, Marketing, and Planning, to deliver sales objectives.
- Develop and communicate a vision for the short, medium, and long term, both internally and externally, to drive business growth and development.
- Adapt business actions to challenges and changes in the market.
Requirements
- At least 8 years' experience in sales, with 5-6 years as a team manager.
- Fashion and Lifestyle sector knowledge.
- Excellent understanding of multi-business and multi-service issues and how to use them to achieve objectives.
- Business Development & prospection skills.
- Market expertise and business knowledge.
- Fluent in German and English.
