Drive Sales Growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
Ventrata is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our expansion in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering new business and driving revenue growth in this strategic market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Targets and Growth: Manage the sales process end-to-end in your assigned territory, delivering against business targets and objectives.
- Client Success and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring client success is integrated into the sales process from first point of contact.
- Collaboration with Sales Support Functions: Liaise with marketing, technical sales, lead generation, and sales operations to ensure a unified and strategic sales approach.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth, communicating closely with marketing and product management to create strategies to drive sales.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Provide timely revenue projections to management and deliver a predictable pipeline to drive forecast accuracy.
Requirements:
- C1 level German
- Fluent English
- Proven track record of achieving quotas of $500k+ selling into enterprise markets
- SaaS sales experience, preferably with reservation technology for the tours & attractions industry
- Sales account planning skills and the patience to deliver against the plan
- Display creative and analytical problem-solving skills with an unrelenting passion for achieving revenue targets
- Knowledge of selling frameworks such as SPIN and MEDDIC
- Strong interpersonal skills
