Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales representatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure Festo remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to travel extensively, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the industrial automation or fluid power industry.
  • Knowledge of sales force automation (SFA) systems and tools.
