Job Summary

We're seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in a specific region. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for pre-sales and sales, customer success, retention, and upsell. You'll work closely with our Community Manager to ensure a smooth onboarding process and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success
  • Analyze sales data to optimize sales funnels and identify areas for improvement
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to maintain accurate customer data and sales records
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, working closely with the customer success team
Requirements
  • BA/BSc/MA in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • 4+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
