We are looking for a Head of Marketing LAB & CCS

Your Responsibilities:
  • Personnel responsibility, leadership, and development of the Marketing CCS department
  • Derivation and support of team members in the execution of Marketing CCS tasks
  • Budget responsibility, including annual budget and investment planning and monthly tracking
  • Creation of the marketing strategy with a main focus on LAB & CCS
  • Development and implementation of cross-media marketing campaigns and innovative sales-marketing concepts in coordination with the sales teams (field sales / internal sales)
  • Planning and implementation of product launches in accordance with regulatory requirements (MDR)
  • Life cycle management for existing portfolios
  • Development of training and event concepts, organization with the involved departments (Education Academy and Events)
  • Building up and maintaining key opinion leaders, speakers, and influencers among dental professionals and dental technicians for the Medentika and CCS area
  • Coordination and implementation of cross-sectional projects (e.g. introduction of third-party products)
  • Management of distributors
  • Continuous competition analysis
  • Strong external focus on customers, trade fairs, and congresses
  • Close cooperation and coordination with the leadership of the Business Unit LAB & CCS (Head of LAB & CCS) and other team leaders and colleagues of the Business Unit
  • Coordination and cooperation with the Business Unit Marketing and Digital Communication as well as the marketing departments of the Business Units Challenger Implants and Premium Implants and all involved departments, e.g. VID, Logistics, Education Academy, Events, etc.

Your Qualifications:
  • Several years of experience in MedTech marketing management, preferably as a product manager or marketing manager
  • German and English (negotiation and presentation secure)
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and mobility
  • Travel readiness
  • Completed business or economics studies
  • Leadership experience
  • Sales- and marketing-oriented way of thinking
