Als Customer Success Manager bei der MegaCAD GmbH bist du maßgeblich verantwortlich für die langfristige Kundenbindung und den Vertriebsaufschwung. Du entwickelst Strategien zur Kundenbetreuung und trägst aktiv zum Unternehmenswachstum bei.

Als verantwortlicher Kundenbetreuer bist du verantwortlich für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Bestandskunden. Dein Ziel ist es, sicherzustellen, dass unsere Kunden den größtmöglichen Nutzen aus unseren Lösungen ziehen und langfristig zufrieden sind. Gleichzeitig identifizierst du Potenziale für Up-Selling und Cross-Selling, um das Geschäft weiter zu stärken.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Kundenbetreuung: Proaktive Betreuung eines eigenen Kundenportfolios, um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu steigern und langfristige Beziehungen aufzubauen.
  • Kundenerfolg maximieren: Sicherstellen, dass Kunden unsere Produkte optimal nutzen und ihren Geschäftserfolg steigern.
  • Up-Selling und Cross-Selling: Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Erweiterung des Produktportfolios bei bestehenden Kunden, inklusive Upselling von Funktionen und Dienstleistungen.
  • Datengetriebenes Arbeiten: Nutzung von Kundenfeedback und KPIs, um das Nutzungserlebnis kontinuierlich zu verbessern und Kundenwert zu maximieren.
  • Eskalationsmanagement: Schnelles und lösungsorientiertes Handeln bei Problemen oder Eskalationen, um die Kundenbindung zu erhalten.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit: Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und Support, um sicherzustellen, dass Kundenbedürfnisse adressiert und Umsatzchancen genutzt werden.
