Principal Customer Success Manager

About the Role
OneStream Software is seeking a highly skilled Principal Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption, expansion, and satisfaction across our complex customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to deliver comprehensive sales transition processes.
- Operate as a seasoned business partner to customers, understanding their strategy and plan.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Proactively manage customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks that threaten customer satisfaction or growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in customer success or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving customer adoption, expansion, and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
