About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our growing customer success team in Germany. As a German speaking customer success manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hoteliers, understanding their business goals, challenges, and objectives.
  • Deliver demos and training sessions to showcase the benefits of RoomRaccoon's hotel management system.
  • Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored proposals and strategies for expanding customers' product/service usage.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and progress, providing regular check-ins and status reviews.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in German and English.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in hotel sales or SaaS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to deliver under pressure.
