Customer Success Manager: German Speaking

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our growing customer success team in Germany. As a German speaking customer success manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hoteliers, understanding their business goals, challenges, and objectives.
- Deliver demos and training sessions to showcase the benefits of RoomRaccoon's hotel management system.
- Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored proposals and strategies for expanding customers' product/service usage.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and progress, providing regular check-ins and status reviews.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in German and English.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in hotel sales or SaaS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Self-motivated and able to deliver under pressure.
