Als Customer Service Manager (m/w/d) – Product Implementation & Administration bist du verantwortlich für die Steuerung unserer externen Service Center und die maximale Kundenzufriedenheit. Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit deinem Team an der stetigen Weiterentwicklung unseres Service und konzentrierst dich voll auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Durchführung von Implementierungs-, Optimierungs- und Innovationsprojekten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern und in Absprache mit internen Abteilungen
  • Konzeption, Konfiguration und Betreuung der Customer Service Systemlandschaft
  • Analyse der operativen Business-Treiber und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung des Kunden- und Agenten-Erlebnisses
  • Sicherstellung der störungsfreien Anwendungs- sowie Systemverfügbarkeit
  • Verantwortlich für das Erfassen, Weiterentwickeln und den Rollout von Best Practices, Leitfäden etc.
  • Eigenständige Planung und Durchführung funktionaler Tests und QA Maßnahmen
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit adäquater beruflicher Erfahrung oder vergleichbaren Kenntnissen und Erfahrungen
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM Systemen, z.B. Zendesk
  • Fundiertes Know-how im Customer Service sowie Basis-Kenntnisse von Performance
  • Kennzahlen wünschenswert
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich E-Commerce von Vorteil
  • Spaß an der Arbeit mit technischen Systemen und Zahlen
  • Hohe Motivation sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Problemlösungskompetenz sowie Organisationsfähigkeit
