Customer Service Representative English/French

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a team-oriented and dedicated individual with professional experience to support our customer service team in Bochum. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and French, with knowledge of German being an advantage.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner, and managing and prioritizing customer service tickets.
Additionally, the candidate will provide information about products and services to customers, document customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, and have excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Requirements- Fluent in English and French; knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
