About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at NetApp Deutschland GmbH. As a Support Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, utilizing your technical expertise and communication skills to resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers and the Sales Team to ensure seamless support services
  • Manage and coordinate support activities for assigned accounts
  • Develop and implement customized support plans to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Technical understanding of Storage and/or Virtualization and/or Network Technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in a technical customer success role
