Support Operations Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Operations Specialist to join our multicultural team at Manhattan Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for guaranteeing client satisfaction and ensuring the well-functioning of our solutions.

As a Support Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with clients from various industries, including retail distribution, luxury, industrial, e-commerce, automotive, pharmaceutical, and more. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a solid functional and technical foundation before taking on new challenges in our organization.

The primary activities of this position include client communication, testing, issue resolution, and post-implementation support. To achieve this, you will be trained and supported by our experienced Support team in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and resolving functional issues that arise post-implementation in connection with supply chain software solutions.
  • Working with analysts to provide issue resolution using supply chain technologies and performing testing of client-specific enhancements in a timely manner.
  • Providing excellent client communication and ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions.
  • Collaborating with the Support team to resolve issues and improve our solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused, with a strong ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, with German and another European language being a plus.
  • Flexibility to work at customer locations up to 20%, including occasional prolonged engagements within the EMEA region.
